White-Glove Luxury Development & Design Services

Costas RE’s team has decades of luxury development, construction, architectural, and design experience with a proven track record.

Our Services

Costas RE’s approach is far different than other developers or builders. Acknowledging the obstacles most homeowners face while building, our process mitigates these situations. Our process prevents clients from experiencing budget overages, delays causing additional costs (taxes, insurance, loan payments), or headaches from dealing with contractors.

Our approach is simple: tell us what you want out of a home, agree to a project cost, and meet us at the closing table in the specified timeframe, but only once the home has been completed.

White-Glove Luxury Development

Specifically, here are the steps for white-glove luxury development:

  1. You meet with the Costas RE team to discuss what you want out of a home and where you would like it located in South Florida.
  2. We provide numerous land options if you don’t already have your own lot. We will walk the lots with you to discuss advantages and disadvantages amongst the options provided.
  3. Once the location has been finalized, you’ll be provided with a proposal on the total project cost. This includes land acquisition, construction, design, and interior design upon completion (optional).
  4. Once agreed upon, a deposit is taken from the homeowner.
  5. The Costas RE design team provides 2 design options based on the feedback provided in the meetings.
  6. Once selecting the design of choice, the deposit becomes non-refundable, and the process begins. Our team acquires the land on your behalf (optional).
  7. During the construction phase, you’ll receive emails monthly, unless otherwise requested, with updates on progress.
  8. Once progress is near completion, you’ll complete a final walk-through with the Costas RE team and the builder.
  9. Closing takes place as a traditional home purchase.

Our Process

Our process removes the need for:

  1. Construction loans.
  2. Draws throughout construction progress.
  3. Insurance provided by you.
  4. Liability to the homeowner by owning the land while construction is being completed.
  5. Your requirement to pay property taxes, loan payments, and insurance during the construction process.
